NOTE: Below are all the important details to help you have an amazing time.
Please take a few minutes to review everything before arriving.
Check-In Location: Two check-in tables at the Center St. parking lot entrance to the school.
Check-In Time: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Please try to arrive before 6:30 PM to enjoy all the activities and get your free family photo!
Process: Check-in is by last name (or the name used on H&SL Webstore). Your hand will be
stamped for access.
* Dinner tickets will be issued for Pre-purchased meals.
* Early Bird Raffle tickets will also be distributed at check in.
* Additional raffle tickets for sales as well 1 ticket for $1 or 25 tickets for $20
Price
$30 for family entry (per family) - includes all Bobcat Bash activities, entertainment, & souvenir photo
$10 Dinner/per person (optional) - choice of cheeseburger, burger or hot dog includes bag of chips and a drink
$15 T-shirt (optional) (add $2 for XXL+ sizes) - Natural Tan T-shirt with Bobcat Bash 2026 design
Important Reminders
* No Drop-Offs: All children must be accompanied by an adult. If another adult is supervising your child, that’s okay—but no unattended kids, please.
* OUSD Policy: No alcohol, tobacco, or glass bottles on school grounds.
* School Access: The event is limited to the blacktop and grass areas only. Classrooms and other school areas are closed. Students entering restricted areas may be asked to leave or face school consequences.
What to Bring
* Lawn chairs and/or a blanket for seating.
* In case the sun decides to show up, bring hats and sun screen.
* Cash for raffle tickets, snacks, and treats.
Dinner Details
* Dinner Options: Dad’s Club Cheeseburger, Burger or Hot Dog off the grill and includes bag of chips and water.
* Extras for Sale: Soft drinks, candy, ice cream and nachos!
* Ticket Pick-Up: If you pre-purchased meals, grab your dinner tickets at check-in. Some meals may be available for purchase onsite—first come, first serve.
T-Shirt Pick-Up
* Starts at 4:00 PM there will be a table inside to pick up your shirt
* If you ordered a shirt, we’ll have your name and reserved sizes ready.
* Limited extras may be available—check early!
Free Family Photo – A Priceless Keepsake
Swing by the Bobcat Bash photo backdrop before 7:00 PM to get your free family photo.
Photos will be available to pick up at the end of the night
Super Raffle Drawing
Over $5,000 in prizes!
Raffle tickets available at check-in and all around the Bobcat Bash.
$1 each or 25 tickets for $20.
Drawing starts at 6:45 PM — don’t miss it!

Enjoy the night your way—we’ll have a fun lineup of activities, but it’s totally up to you and your kids how you participate. We’re on Dad’s Club Time, so the schedule is flexible.

6:30 — Final call for raffle tickets
6:45–7:20PM — Raffle Drawing
7:30PM — Movie on the Lawn
9:00PM — Movie Ends / Event Ends - clean up
Payments
Leave cash/check payments in the VPE office. Fill out Bobcat Bash cash/check order form in the file folder under Bobcat Bash. Make checks out to: VPE H&SL.

Clean-Up Courtesy
Please take a moment to pick up your trash and help clean up our space before heading out, it’ll make the clean-up process quicker and easier for our awesome volunteer crew. A little help from everyone goes a long way—thank you for being part of what makes Villa Park Elementary so special!
