Get ready for a night of music, food, fun, and community spirit! Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of Bobcatpalooza.
📍 What is Bobcatpalooza?
Bobcatpalooza is VPE’s 2nd annual end of the school year family celebration—a full-on outdoor concert experience with three live bands, student lip sync acts, great food, family-friendly activities and a one of a kind raffle!

📍 Villa Park Elementary – Playground & Blacktop
⏰ 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
📝 Is registration required?
Yes—advance registration is strongly encouraged and helps us plan for food and t-shirts.
Register by Monday, June 2nd for the best experience
Your registration covers one family (up to 6 people)
T-shirts and meals must be pre-ordered by June 2nd
👉Walk-ups will be allowed at the door, but t-shirts may not be available, and food options may be limited
🟡 🎁 RAFFLE PRIZES NEEDED – WE NEED YOUR HELP!
One of the biggest highlights of Bobcatpalooza is our incredible raffle, featuring over 100 prizes worth more than $7,500!
🎉 We are currently accepting prize donations!
We’re looking for items such as:
- Gift cards (restaurants, stores, services)
- Electronics and gadgets
- Event or sports tickets
- Fun experiences or toys
- Items or services from your business
If you or someone you know would like to contribute, please email vpedadsclub@gmail.com, or drop off in front office. Every donation makes a difference and helps support our school community!
🎁 What’s the raffle about?
We’ll be raffling off over 100 prizes worth more than $7,500!
🎟️ $1 per ticket
🎟️ Early Bird: 30 tickets for $20 (until June 2nd)
🎟️ At the event: 25 tickets for $20

Bring your appetite! Concessions will include:

🎒 Is there a cost for face painting?
Yes, the cost is $5. In order to stay within budget, we covered part of the cost with the artist.

Monday, June 2nd – Last day to pre-order meals and t-shirts
Walk ups are welcome
💳 How do I sign up and pay?
Pay online via PayPal (major credit cards accepted) Online ordering closed 6/3
Or send cash/check to school with your paper form (Sent home with students or available in the office)

🙋♀️ Can I volunteer?
Yes! We need help with setup, grilling, concessions, activities, and cleanup. A Google sign-up sheet will be sent out to Dads club members, if you are not on the Dads Club email list and would like to volunteer, please email Manuel : vpedadsclub@gmail.com —thank you for supporting VPE!
🎒 What should I bring?
Lawn chairs or picnic blankets to sit
Sunscreen, hats and any other personal items to keep you cool
Extra cash for snacks and raffle tickets
Your family and your rock 'n' roll spirit! 🤘
🎒 What should I NOT bring?
No canopies or EZ-ups
No large stake in the ground umbrellas
No water guns
